About the Course

This CPR first aid course will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest. Content is based on Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.

Industry standard recommendation to maintain current competency is for this course to be refreshed every 12 months.

Student Support Services

We have identified a number of support services for students who have special needs, or require additional support and assistance to undertake or complete their learning. Please discuss any concerns you may have with your trainer assessor.

Pricing

  • Scheduled or custom courses in our Bunbury or Albany Training Centre

  • $49 per participant​

  • Workplace delivery (within 50km of our Bunbury or Albany training centre)

  • $69 per participant (minimum 6 participants)

  • $59 per participant (10 or more)

  • Courses outside a 50 km radius will be subject to a travelling fee.

Assessment

  1. Observation assessments where you are required to demonstrate the correct first aid procedures for:

  •  Adult CPR

  •  Infant CPR

  2. Structured activity where you are to complete an incident report

  3. Knowledge quiz where you need to answer all questions correctly

It is a requirement of this course that practical demonstration of CPR must be performed on the adult manikin on the floor.
