To all our valued supporters of Corporate First Aid Australia, we announce a positive new direction for 2018. Like all changes, this one will provide adjustments, challenges and new opportunities for growth.

Many of you know Jane Goff personally, and have celebrated her determination to build a business without formal training. You may have celebrated alongside the CFAA Team at her success in winning several business awards over the past few years.

After over nine years as Director of CFAA, Jane is keen for a ‘sea change’. Time to re-evaluate, relax, rejuvenate and to rediscover the joy of a new adventure.

From 1 February 2018, Corporate First Aid Australia will be managed under the parent company of the community based not-for-profit organisation Work Smart whose head office is located in Albany, West Australia. Work Smart is a highly respected, apprentice and trainee recruitment and labour hire company, operating in the South West, the Great Southern and in Perth.

A high-quality Registered Training Organisation, like CFAA, is a natural fit for Work Smart who are dedicated to providing training and employment opportunities to support regional workforce development needs.

Rest assured that the collaborative culture of CFAA Team will continue under the strategic guidance of Ms.Tegan Roberts, who will take up the position of Director of Training and Business Development.

No need for tears, as Jane is keen for a new adventure, although CFAA will be relying on her expertise over the transition period. Jane’s joyful personality and warm smile will be truly missed, but the CFAA Team genuinely wish her all the best in whatever adventure she launches herself into. We thank her sincerely for the opportunity to have worked alongside her.
